WPS and the Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR) hold Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony | Mactan, Cebu
Cebu, Philippines — WPS signs Memorandum of Understanding with the Taipei-based Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR) last March 11, 2026 at Mactan, Cebu, Philippines. The MOU will guide the two organizations’ collaboration on research and dialogues related to maritime security, countering cognitive warfare—including malign influence operations—and other regional security issues.

The Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR) is a leading Taiwanese think tank headquartered in Taipei. Its mission is to safeguard Taiwan’s democracy and prosperity by promoting mutual understanding and advancing shared interests across global and domestic defense and security communities.
