Track 1.5 Workshop on Countering Coercive Maritime Operations and Cognitive Warfare | Mactan, Cebu

Cebu, Philippines — WPS spearheaded the third iteration of the Track 1.5 Workshop on Countering Coercive Maritime Operations and Cognitive Warfare, in Mactan, Cebu last March 10-11.

Experts from the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom exchanged insights and developed actionable recommendations to strengthen collective responses to coercion at sea and malign influence operations in the information space.
