WPS signs MOU and Cooperation Agreement with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Philippines

Pasay City, Philippines — The WPS Foundation, represented by its President and CEO, Dr. Jeffrey Ordaniel, and its Advisory Board Chair, Justice Antonio Carpio, joined the signing ceremony at the Taft Ballroom, Conrad Manila. The signing was followed by a session of “Manila Calling” that discussed the enduring relevance of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.
